Your future Role

  • Coach and support all our teams within the organisation about agile culture and development
  • Improve agile methods in our development teams and force the improvement of using those agile methods also in our customer facing teams
  • Design and implement agile scaling frameworks
  • Organise, manage and facilitate agile working methods within our organisation
  • Support your colleagues to improve their self-management skills
  • Support TimeTac with your coaching and communication skills to optimise our individual team performance and encourage collaboration within the teams and cross team within the organisation
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to standardise guidelines for improving processes in the company, such as communication guidelines and clarifying which tools (e.g. Mail, Slack, Trello, Jira, etc.), should be used when in order optimise our communication
  • In this position you will report 50% to our our Head of Software Development and 50% to our Head of Human Resources to implement and improve agile methods not only in the development teams but also in other customer facing teams

Your Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Good German language skills are an advantage
  • You have ideally started your career in software development and you know the everyday life of a developer from scratch
  • Relevant development in agile coaching
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an agile team coach in a software company
  • Solid experience in agile product development/engineering as well as knowledge of classical project management methods
  • Solid experience and interest in agile methods (such as Kanban, Scrum, lean management, change management, Flight Levels, Design Thinking, as well as agile scaling methods). However it is definitely not expected that you have in-depth knowledge of all these methods, but that you have been able to gain some experience with at least one or two of them
  • You are able to quickly establish successful cooperation and communicate openly, clearly and in a meaningful way
  • You thrive for high quality standards, work consistently on making things better, faster, efficient and more effective
  • A degree in systemic Coaching is an added value (nice to have, but not a requirement)

A minimum salary of € 44,660 gross per annum (ST1, Regelstufe) based on a full-time role and on the IT collective agreement. Considerable over-payment is possible for ideal candidates with relevant experience and qualifications.
